The journal explores key challenges in modernizing professional and pre-higher vocational education. These include finding innovative ways to define professional qualifications, creating professional standards, leveraging public-private partnerships, building virtual learning environments in educational institutions, ensuring quality in the training of future specialists, supporting the professional growth of educators. They also include managing educational institutions as project-focused organizations. It also delves into practical topics such as improving distance learning, incorporating networked educational and methodological resources into teaching, testing assessment tools, nurturing students’ moral and volitional traits, and fostering their entrepreneurial, career, intercultural, and methodological skills. Additionally, the journal examines the trends shaping professional education in Ukraine since its independence.

This publication is aimed at researchers, academic and teaching staff in professional, pre-higher, and higher education institutions, as well as training units within companies, institutes of postgraduate teacher education, vocational and technical education centers, and graduate and doctoral students.
