The book substantiates the peculiarities of scientific and methodological support for the modernization of domestic vocational and professional advance education in the context of European integration processes. The directions of modernization of professional training of food industry specialists in vocational education institutions and the theoretical basis for the formation of ecological competence of future teachers of agricultural institutions of higher education are described. The models of: distance professional training, development of students' abilities, professional self-improvement of the heads of institutions of professional (vocational) education, formation of the individual style of professional activity of future teachers of physical culture in the process of pedagogical practice are presented. The emphasis is on the formation of professional mobility and foreign-language professional communication skills of future economists, research competence of future ecologists, intercultural competence among IT students of specialties, professional ethics of future social workers. The peculiarities of formation of readiness are described: students to the choice and implementation of a professional career, future specialists in tourism to excursion activities, future skilled workers of the motor transport industry to the application of innovative production technologies. The historical and pedagogical analysis of the transformation of the values of the Ukrainian economic elite in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries was presented and the foreign aspects of the development of vocational education and training are described, namely: the European strategic sphere of informatization of education (transition to open education), legal provision of the development of vocational education and training systems in the countries of Western Europe, the impact of educational reforms on the development of continuing vocational education in Turkey.
